that he was a midget, haha. So he was only able to reach the button to the 6th floor, and since he couldnt reach the 10th button, he just walked the rest up. On a rainy day he could go up to the 10th floor, cuz he would be outside using an umbrella to get up there. When hes with somebody he can ask somebody to press the 10th button for him.
